There is a good cage design on Chameleon Paradise's website under archives. It is a 2x2x4 indoor cage. It has a list of tools and supplies needed and shows lots of pictures.

I used the plan myself and it turned out pretty neat. It is probably easier for someone who knows what they are doing on carpentry stuff Cost us about 40 bucks to make I believe, and was pretty simple theoretically, I just hated doing it lol. Make sure to read through it a couple times, it can be a bit confusing at first.
