I have never dealt with a pet store like that. They let me pick out what I need or I tell them what I need, and I get that size. Here is what you do to those people. You ask them for the rabbit the size you need it. If they come out with one that is not the size, say no thanks I asked for one this size. And leave and come back in later or just stay there until they get you what you want and keep saying louder and louder hello I said this size. They will get the picture, and if they don't people will see around you that they are not helpful and it will only hurt them and if they kick you out, then forget them, go find another pet shop around, some of the smaller stores are a lot nicer (people) because they need you and your money. I know you asked about on-line but there are a few people I buy from and its 50lbs for 50 bucks and you say the size. Rodent Pro has pics to.
As far as feeding, when my burm got 6 or 7 ft I started with the 2 pound rabbits every week. I did that for I want to say a year, size up rabbits went up and somtimes two rabbits. Then I am now feeding her one rabbit every two weeks. Rob Carmichael has some posts in here about that. He is very helpful. ----- 0.1 Rott
