Molds, or various fungi will occur in any humid environment, even one that has been virtually "sterilized." The spores float on air or come with the live plants you introduce. You may even have the good luck to grow some itinerant mushrooms. These fungi are a part of the biological process of any "balanced" tank, and will not harm your frogs. They are just a part of the biological process. Pathogenic fungi that may infect frogs are entirely different, and seldom occur. You won't find these growing on plants or the sides of your terrarium. Even if you find a frog dead in your tank, covered with mold, that is not necessarily what killed it. Fungi may take over any dead flesh within hours. That doesn't mean the fungus was responsible for the frog's demise. My advice is "Don't sweat it." Molds (or fungi) merely assure you that the tank is healthy.
