My suggestion would be to get a burm only if you are sure you can house it and care for an animal of this size. The only reason Im telling you this is that going from a ball to a burm is a huge jump. I would probably get a red tail if I were you. If you do end up getting a burm, make sure you have a room big enough to keep an 8foot long cage and have no problem caring for it long term both financially and mentally. As many people on here will tell you, there are just too many burms abandoned because the owner didnt know what they were getting into. Not saying you dont, just stating the facts.
