Yep, the bad one is called Curse of the Komodo. But thanks for pointing out that there's a good one simply called Komodo. I'll need to look for and watch that one.

Eunectes4, I love your suggestion for an alternate title. I'll bet if they marketed it with that name, it would have gathered some interest. Truth in advertising paying off and all.

Guess the main reason I'm sort of defending that movie is I loved the scene where the yuppie lady was running all over the boat in the middle of nowhere with her cellphone yelling "Can you hear me now?"

Don't know about the DVD snake's coloration I'm afraid.
