In the meantime, isolate the bloated frog in a critter keeper (or even a plastic sweater box) with wet paper towels and a few plant cuttings. If he has no obvious skin injuries, you could put a small delicup on its side and use some Pediolyte so he can soak in this, provided he has no obvious skin injuries. The Pediolyte may help him retain an electrolyte balance if the problem is his kidneys. Bloating may have several causes, including a bowel impaction, (more rare in darts than frogs that tend to gulp down sand and substrate, but it does occur,)and kidney failure that may be due to a bacterial infection or possibly parasites. The former bloating will be confined to the abdomen, while the later will affect all of the tissues. I'm giving a link below that will take you to a list of ARAV members.
