Um , You raise your own rabbits right ?
I just got in a new pair of flemish giants from the rabbit show at the fair grounds, about 3 weeks ago.
The female has had no problums.
But the male is not puting on weight like he should , and seems to eat alot less. and is geting realy bony , and weak lookin.
He isnt moving around to much eather.
I was wondering , every had a buck like this ?
or any rabbit for that matter
I was thinkin maybe he has some kind of worm like a Puppy or something ? Cause his belly seems fat like he's eating good.
They were 4 pounds and 9 weeks old when i bought them. Now the Buck is about 2.5 - 3 pounds , and the female is about 6.5 - 7.5 pounds.
Any idea ?
they are going to the vet on the 7'th ,, but i thought i'd ask if there was anyting i could do , and save myself a vet bill.
