Problem was that they were causing beardies eyes to swell shut, and causing the dragons to sit listless on the bottom of the cages with their eyes closed.. Instead of recalling the bulbs this company says now you only need to expose the dragons for two hours.... fact is there are bulbs that give off twice as much uvb and can be used for days at a time and not cause any vision problems or swelling of the eyes. there is something wrong and instead of taking a loss and fixing the bulbs they change the marketing and continue to sell them stll not knowing why they are causing these problems. For t6his I ceased any business with this company as it shows a lack of care for their customers and our pets.. | ||
