Thanks for sharing the pics again--beautiful animals! I'm hoping to add some schrencki to my collection once my climacs are established. They are my first asian rats, and I am enjoying them a great deal. I seem to be drawn to the species from colder climates.



Are your schrencki personable? An acquaintance has an adult male, and I am in love with this snake. The minute anyone walks into the herp room, he's out of his hide, intently peering out to see what's going on. He'll hang out for as long as there's a human around. If his enclosure is opened, out he comes to socialize. He's even prone to falling asleep wrapped around my arm. I'm wondering if this inquisitive & social personality is characteristic of the species!
