My uncle bought an adult leopard gecko back in early 03, the gecko is doing fine, eating well and pooping normally. He has not kept the gecko on any sort of heat, the gecko is always at the room temp of 72. They never give it any water and it probably goes weeks without water, the tank is littered with thousands of cricket legs. The substrate has never been replaced since then.
I am not close with that part of the family and if I try to talk to them about it they only get mad. I don't know what else to do. What will happen if the gecko is left like this?
