You did the first part right. The biggest trick for me was to keep the egg dish warm and damp without getting total mold. ventilation is a MUST to prevent mold. take it out of the baggie (er, its prob too late, you posted 2 days ago, sorry!) and put it in a container that crickets cant climb. other than that, just wait 2 weeks for pinhead crix to hatch out. they die quickly without enough moisture but again too much will kill them.
