??? re: quarantine and poop sample

we have two new geckos and are bring poop samples to the vet on Friday.They are isolated from each other and our original geckos.Once the poop sample is done and assuming we get an "all clear" should we continue the quarantine for the full 60 days ??? Wasn't sure if its for 60 days "OR" untill a clear poop sample??Should we repeat at the end of the 60 days??? We arent in any rush...better safe then sorry! These guys are too cute to take a chance!
