Sometimes if they are not opening their eyes after a shed it's b/c they still have some skin on their little eyelids, maybe even inside the eyelid, and it's irritating to open it. Check her eyes and surrounding area very carefully. It does sound like maybe dehydration. Try a few drops of pedialyte and/or Gatorade and a nice warm soak. If she doesn't perk right up (24 hrs), bring her in.
