The injury on the nose I believe is due to nose rub. This snake when she was younger practically rubbed her face off. Over the course of a year (a friend owned her), she has grown and eaten and slowly healed the scarring and infection of her snout. I am afraid of doing anything to her face as she seems to be doing a good job on her own. She has grown from a wee thing to a very long and robust looking animal. I'm going to let her nose be and wait for it to get better. I'm afraid adding stress by messing with her, will cause an infection and we'll be back at square one. It is amazing how much as regenerated. ----- ~Katt
