Would that be Baytril, maybe? ring a bell? Anyway, sometimes it can help to wrap them up in a towel. I find it easier to kepp them from swinging the head side to side if there's a whole bunch of towel bunched up around the neck. Just don't squeeze A second person may or may not be helpful. How big are these guys? You can sometimes trick them if it's only one drop (which is probable) by giving a few drops of water first on the nose, then switching to the awful stuff. I will say after the first 3-4 doses, they do get used to it. Depending on the indiv, this can make it either easier or harder. Good Luck and keep trying! -----
