arguses are hyperactive, high strung, jumpie, fearless little monitors that put on a big threat display, they are very food agressive, males get up to 5 feet( females 3.5-4 feet), they are very smart lizards, and my personal favorite monitor. the crosses com in a wide range of colors, and are all the fun of keeping an argus, but thier a little calmer( not as calm as a flavi but not quite an argus), because thier a cross spieces they can get from flavi size 3ft, to nearly argus size 4.5ft, both kinds would reqiure about a 6ftx3ftx4ft cage,but i sugest a 8ftx4ftx4ft cage, also if you get they argus when you feed it WATCH YOUR FINGERS.
