Lots of good advice about the never ending "switching them over" question.

I am getting close on my new website, and have dedicated a section to questions and answers on the Superfoods... see the link below, and click on the MRP forum. You will have to use the drop down menu to view the old posts because I started this project months ago. I would like to build a good database for future newbies, so that you guys can just send them to one spot for all the info they need. Once someone reply's to the old posts, they should be viewable again.... So kick some tires and feel free to contribute your experiences....
