They start off a bit skittish (or, in one case, extremely skittish) and then calm down when they reach a certain size. Even the most nervous of my animals suddenly stopped running at first sight of me and began feeding from tongs when she reached a metre in length. The change occurred over a week or so, as it had with two of the other animals. | ||
