i still think i would just call that a partial pinstripe.
but the comment " Not to mention that Gecko is a baby and no one can predict what it will look like."
pinstripe scales are pinstripe scales and will not dissapear or appear as the gecko gets older. the only thing that will be different about that gecko is the brightness of the colors.
