I would think if you make sure the temps, humidity, substrate and space are in good order, patience and consistant attempts to feed should work. I would however start with a trip to the vet who may be able to help with advice/OJT etc. My vet gave me an appetite stimulant, although once I corrected a minor temp issue he ate without any problems.
