normally, lots of problems can be fixed at home, in this case, I have to say GET THAT BURM TO A VET. She needs to be majorly rehydrated and FAST. When that's done, make sure to soak her, give her perilite (sp?) in her water and to get her eating I'd say any kind of bird (live baby chicks, button quail, japanese quail, etc). She will not eat if she doesn't have the energy, so she needs that first. Make sure her temps are good and HOT and she's in a good size small space with lots of humidity.
Worry about getting her on FT if she lives.
Poor thing! Hope she makes it through.....
I'd like to kick that guy who abandoned her in the junk. Or put in him a trunk without food for a few weeks..... that would be better!
