Yes males can be between 10' to 15'. Keep in mind a 15 foot male is a huge male. Females going 17'-20' is not a good average on specimens but they can certainly ge that big.It is more like 14'-15' on average, well the ones that are not dumped. You got the retic sizes about right. But anyways to answer your question it is all according to your perspective of "big". I have said this before and I will say it again. It is like comparing the power pole to the power line. Well, it is not that major of a difference but you get the concept right? In mu opinon Burms are bigger. retics are longer.
