I've got one of their racks and the material is great. It's very sturdy and their instuctions for assembly were excellent. They had all the holes pre-drilled and everything fitted together perfectly. Once I got the right rubbermaid boxes for the rack, I had no complaints. Mark was very responsive to a shipping issue I had and made sure that I was satisfied with his product. I would purchase from him again.
