With that said I completely forgot about the spring break. I looks as if our only opon days are feb. 26 (assuming this day would work for you) and mar. 26. Between your schedual and ours it is going to be very hard but I would deffinitely like it to work. Especially with the change of display we will be doing at CHS. I do not know if you got my message but our CHS display is completely responsibility based (housing, tools, age, stats, etc.) so I feel a tour of your facility will give the members a good insight to things we can add to our display. We will be doing the green anaconda display at your event. I do not mind at all you have not gotten back to me via phone call yet, I understand. I completely understand and respect priority. The animals must be taken care of before you can arrange a tour to see them over a month away. I have had to deal the juggling act myself. I am being removed from a group I have been a part of for 3 years because the events they are doing conflict with the CHS event and your event. However, being president of this herp society gives me no choice and I cannot let down the entire membership whereas the other organization will do just fine without me. I also feel at this time it is extrememly important to be highly involved with any education event we can be involved in. If you have not noticed in the venomous forum, the top 5 threads are about recent bites and confiscations. And if comunication on the forum works a little quicker for us I think it would be perfectly acceptable to do so considering our personal conversation is 100% herp related and 100% for the community. Also, with you being short staffed it might be a good time for me to bring up the conversation Sandra Hupp and I had recently. But this would need to be in private when you have time. Sorry for the long post but I figure other people will be reading this and I would like them to understand the importance of positive involvement with the public at this time. Thanks again.
