I absolutely agree, if he wants to know what he's getting, then he should buy from a reputable breeder.
The front snake does look like an albino obsoleta (P. o. obsoleta); however the colour of the back snake is suggestive of a Texas rat (P. o. lindheimeri). The tongue-colour of the back snake should give some indication of its background. If it is a lindheimeri, then it will have a red tongue, if obsoleta or quadrivittata, then the tongue will be black or blackish-grey, or possibly dark-brownish.
I've seen an intergrade quadrivittata x emoryi that was of very similar colour and pattern to the back snake. In any event, they certainly aren't corns, and almost certainly aren't corn intergrades, since there's no hint of "arrow" pattern on the head. The dark band across the forehead and through the eye screams "RAT SNAKE".
