I think you mean Orange and black and yellow bands not stripes.
If you want a truly impressive milksnake, nothing beats a Honduran milk as an adult. Other Central American Milks get large also like Andean and Ecuadorian Milks but they are not as colorful as Hondurans. Hondurans have been known to reach 7+ feet in length and all get over 4 feet.
Another huge milk is a Black Milk. As a neonate it is a tricolor. As it grows it loses its red and yellow/cream colored bands and eventually turns in to a solid black giant of a milksnake.
