Posted by: Hoppy at Fri Feb 18 07:05:02 2005 [ Email Message ] [ Show All Posts by Hoppy ] As far as I know, Hogg Island Boas have thought to be extinct for the past ten years or so, collected and hunted to the point that there is no more wild stock to collect from. All of what is sold today is captive bred stock. I don’t recall any thing labeled as a “White Boa” in the 90’s except for the Santa Isabel Island Boas in the Solomon Island Chain. We will never see an imported Hogg again, so I am not sure what to have an opinion on? [ Hide Replies ]
