As far as I know, this animal is not a Blood boa although it has not been ruled out. This boa is actually more famous for igniting one of the most emotional and longest running threads (battles?) in the recent history of this forum. I'm hesitant to bring this up again but it was alluded to by Sean (OBZ). Ruby is the original "American Jungle" or what were later known by a more derisive name (I'll leave that one out). I have been quietly and slowing raising her up. I later acquired her sister (Nina) who has grown much slower but is now turning red as well. I was told these animals were produced by Chris McQuade. I did manage to acquire a photo of Mom. Would love to see Dad but haven't. See any resemblance?
