RE: Blue Beauty scientific name

Thank you everyone for the help. Since DT said that most of the exports are from Vietnam, I guess I can understand why the sellers may name the Blue Beauty snakes Vietnamese Blue Beauty eventhough the actual origins are from Burma. Along the lines of what John said, these snakes are not fully categorized yet which probably does not rule out the possiblity that they could also be in Vietnam. Even the name Blue Beauty may not suite the specimen since not all Elaphe taeniura ssp. are blue. I guess personally I would just call mine a Blue Beauty. Thanks again for the help.
