Help!? gecko is not eating and getting thin

it all started off when my gecko started to get thin and eating less then i took her to the vet. then the vet gave her a dewormer (just incase) and he said he gives it to all leos and then i put her on paper towels but the vet said she was in healthy shape and her mouth looked good. i sent him a fecal sample and i still havent gotten the results (im kaling him) but if she has no problems what do you think i should do with her I dont want to loose her ive tried crickets and shes eaten 1 and i gave her a bowl of mealworms and there is a wax worm in the mix but she hasnt touched it, she seems active but when i handle her one eye doesnt seem to open and i dont know if she is just lazy or there is a problem so could you help me out she is about 10 months old and she used to be fat now she is getting thin





btw im kinda a newbie to leos but not reptiles in general
