FIrst off, I'm not at all impressed with that vet who dosed your leo with dewormer BEFORE doing the fecal. It could be worms, but there are other common reasons for a leo to start losing weight and not eat. In fact, the not eating symptom is contraindicative (big word alert lol) of the usual internal parasites - the symptoms of those are a leo who eats a lot but doesnt gain weight.
Other common possibilities are: internal parasites that do NOT respond to common dewormers, stomatitis (mouth rot, good the vet checked her mouth but she could still have an early case of stomatitis) and systemic bacterial infection. If your vet doesn't consider these things, consider a new vet. As far as getting her to eat so she keeps going while you and the vet figure out what's wrong, I have a link for you, but I need to go dig it up. I'll post later...
And harass him for the results of the fecal until you get it!
