Any personal anecdotes?

Thought this poor forlorn forum needed some life in it. So, does anyone have any cool stories about weird little quirks their scrub has, or any interesting interactions with them? Wanna brag? Gripe? Perfect opportunity!

(two non-scrub examples I've heard are a green anaconda eating a rat foot, and a gopher snake staring at someone for five minutes before crawling into their pocket.)
