These are deceptive size-wise. The x-rays make the follicles look much larger in relation to the snake than they really are because you don't see outline other than the spine and ribs. This entire area is actually ONLY a small area just below her ovaries. In one of them, you can see the bowel and some fecal material.

These x-rays were taken on October 1st. The difference between these and the more recent ones taken on February 11 is that the follicles appear to be more lined up and she no longer has the bulge at all. In fact, if you looked at her now, and didn't know anything about there ever being a bulge, you would just think she is a normal looking, albiet (now) slightly plump, boa. The follicles themselves have not changed in appearance - only in their positioning within her body.

I've gotta go back to work now, which is terrible after a week off I wonder if all my axe-murderers missed me?
