Wait a minute, I read all your post from the last thread and this one, what lighting do you have for him in his tank? I would DEFINATELY recommend the deworming like Rick said. Mine acted exactly like yours for nearly a month then I got him dewormed and he perked right up. Make sure his tank lighting has the sufficient UVB.
