You could probably set up a trio in a 20 gallon, IF it is well planted and has lots of cover. Don't add house geckos--and don't forget to get your little guy checked for parasites asap....who knows what was in his pet store cage before he was.

House geckos will almost certainly be carrying parasites, and you don't want to transmit them to your day gecko. Just not a good idea.
