I am no expert, but if neither of your females are het for the albino gene then I would guess that your chances of getting albinos are slim to nill. If you breed them to your male this year you will get hets, but they will look like regular guyanas and peruvians. I would recommend selling most of the hets, hold back your favorites, grow them up, and then breed them back to the male. When you breed hets to albinos, a few of your litter should be albinos as well. There are sites out there that will show you the gene table (remember in high school having to draw out the boxes for dominate and recesive genes? thats what it's all about) So to answer your question you should have albinos in about 3-4 years.
