This pic & the next 2 under this post is of my adult,female,F 3 Salmon. I just took the pics 30 mins ago.

I 1st witnessed copulation / penetration 2/15/05 to 2/20/05.

She's refusing food,which she NEVER has EVER before. Her tail is hard & feels like it's full of lead! her scales are pulled apart on the lower 2/3's of her body.

She could have been breeding earlier..... I don't know.She has deficated since her last meal.

1) Does these pics look like ovulation?

2) Is this to soon for her to ovulate?

I hate to admit it but, out of almost 16 yrs breeding, I've NEVER witnessed ovulation. Sad ..... but true.
