Need Help with respitory infection

I just got a 9 foot female burmese with respitory infection. I don't have a vet where I live that know anything about snakes. What can i do to get rid of the infection. I gave it panacur when I first got it but I did not have any flangle (sp). please help I do not want to lose this snake.
