I didn't know of anyone else keeping Dry's in the Centennial State(Northern Territory of the Great Republic of Texas)..I've cut my collection to the bone because of my limited time now, but I'm always happy to talk "Dry's"..
You do not need any permit for Eastern's in CO, except for the Federal permit..No local or state permit is needed..
