The larger one in that photo you linked is still retaining quite a bit of red. Hatchlings are normally very vibrant white (or cream) and red, especially with some of the Nebraska localities, but will start fading out and graying as they mature. As far as I know, it's rare for pale milks to retain their baby coloration into adulthood. | ||
