I have one more thought... this is a small 3-5 month old baby, probably in the 25-50 gram weight range and it's just been moved from it's probably small rack space too a Vision enclosure. I have a couple of their 111's and think that these can be a little overwhelming for a small guy like yours. It may just be feeling a bit insecure in it's big new world. I'd bring up my temps a little bit, and offer small meals only once a week while giving just quiet time to acclimate.



I've had a couple snakes go off feed when moving up to larger enclosures, make sure you just continue to mist regularly and keep your baby hydrated. I would give off at least two weeks before offering next meal if your baby does regurge a meal. Regurge is not usually a problem with chondros as much as it is with Emeralds.



It looks like you've provided a nice habitat for your baby too... it's probably not used to all the green... it sure looks like a sorong type baby to me and they have a pretty good reputation for being nice chondros. It's "snappiness" now will almost certainly be outgrown by the time it's a couple years old. The dealer you got it from has some very nice animals, but an awful lot of animals go through his place so it's wise to continue watching for any potential problems. I'd just do follow up fecal exams over the next few months to be sure your baby continues to be healthy.



I also use vision enclosures with pretty heavy substrate and to help keep temps stable I use standard sheet styrofoam insulation on the bottom and sides of the exterior of the cage.
