hello, i live in arizona as well, but in tucson. i have never seen any for sale in our reptile shops, but i purchased mine through the yearly reptile expo. i think phoenix has a website about when their expos are. if you dont want to wait and you have done your research, maybe try purchasing one online. here are some websites that have some:

i found lots of other ones through google under "CB green basilisk" although i have never dealt with them before.
