RE: What time do you turn your lights on/off?

Hi Nez - How old is the cham? Babies need 12/12. Luna (almost 2 years) has lights on at 7:30 and off at 6:00 which I came up with over time by taking clues from her (like when she went to her sleep spot). If it is a baby 6:00/6:00, 7:00/7:00 would be fine. When I first got Luna she liked to stay up late so her lights went off at 9:00.



The thing to keep in mind is other light after the cage lights are out. I work in the room I have my critters in so I cover her cage with towels to block out any excess light, then uncover when I go to bed. You don't want to keep your baby up due to lights - espcially since he can' yell "Hey! Turn out the @#$%^ lights!" lol
