Wow - That really truly sucks. Is there ever a need for more than two heat packs? Wow and he expects you to pay for his mistake. Just a bad deal all the way around. Are you sure the snake was even alive when he stuck it in the box? In no way are you responsible for paying for a dead snake that was so poorly shipped. If it were me, I would be demanding a refund on the shipping fee to boot. Be sure to put it on the BOI in case this happens to others.
