Let's face it, "live arrival" is implicit. Nobody, I mean nobody orders a dead ball python. What a lame and pathetic excuse to give in order to get you to pay for his mistake. It's idiotic that he doesn't want to take responsibility for his actions. I wouldn't pay him a penny. Nope. Not one cent.
