I have to agree with you Jeff, but as a buyer I've paid in advance and been ripped off! My husband simply says don't pay till you have the snake, lol, I know of no breeder that works that way was my answer. The best thing to do is pay by credit card, you can always reverse the charges if there is a problem like the one above.
