I have not been on here in a long time, but I need some advice. My leo, Jak, hasn't eaten anything for about the past 2 weeks, maybe a little more. I realize this could technically be do to her winter cycle/hibernation, but I keep her temps constant all year round. Also, she is about 1.5 years old and has never had a problem shedding until the past two times. The first time having a problem I was able to gently take it off, as it was just barely hanging on. However, this time it's stuck on a little better. It's on her face around her right nostrile and goes almost to her eye, and covers her "lip" on that side. What is the best way to go about removing the skin here, I want to be as gentle as possible as to not hurt her eye. Any suggestions on the fasting and the stuck skin would be much appreciated, otherwise I will be calling my vet tomorrow, thanks.
