Bob Clark sells his olive pythons for $500 each. At least, that's what his price list says. Don't get real Aussie olives confused with Papuan "olives." There are no w.c. Aussie olives, because Australia doesn't allow export of any fauna from the country. Real olives are only ever going to be true cbb. On the other hand, a good number of w.c. Papuans come in each year and tend to be cheaper than the Aussies. These snakes are not the same species nor are they even in the same genus (Liasis for the Aussies, Apodora for the Papuans). They are morphologically very different, with the Aussies being a uniform brown all over with a slender head of the same color, and the Papuans having a two tone coloration, darker bluish brown on top and starkly lighter toward the botton, with a shorter, stubbier, gray head.



One of the pictures below is a good example of an Aussie olive's head structure. The other is of my pair breeding, and hopefully successfully. I guess I'll know within the next couple of months.
