I felt complelled to post a message on this topic. I have read a lot of posts from you and to you. I just recently turned 19. I own three corns,two RES, two rabbits,fish, and soon an albino boa. I'm a fulltime carpenters aprrentice, which was a choice on my own behalf, making 11.00 an hour 50 hours a week. I have a car which is mine and my own insurance. beleive me money is tight. These animals cost alot, im constantly upgrading there enclosures. on the RES alone this year i spent 250.00. Anyways my point is at 17 i had not even considered a reptile. I read about them constanly. I told myself not to get one until I could afford it. Even now i find it difficult. I have read a lot about burms,retics,and condas. purely for information and will not consider getting one until i have a house of my own. sorry if i dragged on. oh and a 10ft snake can kill you. so be prepared and buy a dictionary.
