Hey Tony, I like the fact that you brought up a question on your mind...I wish more people would. I agree that there is a marker trait, just would like to know what it is. There is talk that jeff Ronne knows the marker trait for het albino's, but he will not budge. I am also thinking you may be onto something too. I have 2 Salmons both are brothers and 66% het albino. One has started getting red/yellow scale speckles toward the rear of the body. The other stayed the same normal look. I have been thinking the speckled one will prove out a double het. I have also noticed the darker toned pigment in hypos het for anery, I have a possible female tripple het, shows the anery trait compared to normal Salmons, but as yet I do not see any sign of the albino gene being expressed. To some this may sound schetchy, but if you have Salmons of all types you begin to notice the difference. Andy
